Biography

Throughout my academic career, I have been fascinated by the ecology of plants, in particular how plants respond to environmental change through phenotypic plasticity or evolutionary mechanisms. My research has been aimed mainly on plant functional traits, plants clonality and transgenerational effects. Epigenetic variation in ecology (behaviour) and evolution of clonal plants belongs currently among my favourite interests.
