Biography

I'm a Brazilian biologist and a PhD candidate in Evolutionary Genetics and Molecular Biology at Fish Cytogenetics Lab of Universidade Federal de São Carlos. I study fish cytogenetics focusing on small freshwater fishes, the description of karyotypes, distribution of repetitive DNAs, and the evolution of sex chromosomes.
