Biography

Mohammad H. Neshati (Member of IEEE from 98 and Senior Member of IEEE from 2013) was born in Yazd, Iran. He received his B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, Isfahan, Iran; M.Sc degree from Amir-Kabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran and PhD degree from University of Manchester (UMIST), England. He was with Sistan and Baluchistan University, Zahedan, Iran from 1988 to 2006.
Since 2006 he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad Iran, where he is Associate Professor. Dr Neshati is a member of IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AS-P) and Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S). His current research works include electromagnetic, antenna theory and design, microwave active and passive circuit design.
