Jsem aplikacemi motivovaný manažer se silným inovativním myšlením a širokými znalostmi fyziky procesů a HW technologií pro farmaceutický a kosmetický průmysl. Mám dlouholeté zkušenosti při plánování, řízení a oponenturách projektů v oblasti vědy, výzkumu a vývoje. Pravidelně publikuji výsledky své práce v odborných článcích, zpracovávám spisy pro duševní ochranu ve formě užitných vzorů a patentů. Pro kolegy a studenty prezentuji témata jako je technologický transfer, postupy a principy využívané při výzkumu a vývoji produktů pro zdravotnické nebo kosmetické prostředky, principy správné výrobní praxe, přesahy výzkumně vývojových činností do osobního života a dalších kreativních činností jako je například průmyslový design.

První zkušenosti z oblasti soft skill projektového manažera jsem získal už na základní škole v roli kapitána hokejového týmu. Dostatečné technické vzdělání v oboru elektroniky, mechatroniky a aplikované fyziky jsem získal během studentských let. Na prvním velkém vědeckém projektu jsem pracoval jako řešitel v mezinárodním technickém týmu pod americkým vedením v evropské výzkumné organizaci CERN ve Švýcarsku. Také jako řešitel jsem v rámci post-doktorské pozice přispěl do vývojového projektu vedeným národním technologickým institutem ve francouzském Toulouse. Krátce po nástupu do společnosti Contipro jsem se už v roli vedoucího výzkumných a vývojových projektů mohl plně věnovat kariéře projektového manažera. Nyní zodpovídám nejen za interně řešené technologické projekty pro zpracování polymerů do různých struktur a produktových forem (např. nanovláknící technologie 4SPIN®), ale i za větší projekty podporované z dotačních titulů od MPO (TA ČR). Díky svým odborným zkušenostem, silnými "Innovative and Design thinking" schopnostmi, smyslem pro detail a přirozenou empatií přivádím projekty k úspěšné realizaci.

Jsem držitelem profesního certifikátu "Google Project Management", certifikátu specialisty GMP a potvrzení úrovně B2 anglického jazyka. Mezi mé další zájmy patří tvůrčí činnosti z oblasti produktového a průmyslového designu.
