Biography

Self-motivated researcher, with strong hands-on experimental capabilities, eager to develop novel semiconducting structures and epitaxial growth methods and to convert them into an industrial breakthrough.

I have 8.5 years of experience in the epitaxial growth (MBE, CBE, MOCVD) / deposition (CVD and PVD) and characterization (SEM, AFM, PL, CL, XRD) of III-V semiconductors and Si-based dielectrics and on the optimization of the grown structures by means of growth-characterization iterative loops.

In addition, I have significant experience (more than 6 years) in:
Device nanofabrication and characterization.
Communication to a broad range of audience.
Project management.
Major equipment operation, maintenance and installation.
Facility management.
Student supervision.
Time management (conventional, agile and hybrid methodologies).

I am self-motivaded worker capable of carrying out independent research and autonomous work via organization of own workload. I am a creative, systematic, honest, dynamic and reliable person willing to be challenged by exciting and cutting-edge projects.
