Doctora por la Universidad de Burgos en Avances en Ciencia y Tecnología Alimentarios. Bioquímica por la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). Personal Docente e investigador de la Universidad de Burgos desde el año 2016. Ayudante docente e investigador de la Cátedra de Biología Celular y Molecular de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la UBA entre los años 2003 a 2012. Máster en Seguridad y Biotecnología Alimentarias por la Universidad de Burgos (UBU). Actualmente investigadora del grupo ALTESA (Alimentos, Tecnología y Salud) y profesora en la Universidad de Burgos.
