Fatemeh Bashashi Saghezchi is a PhD Student of Industrial Engineering and Management at University of Aveiro. She has completed her master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at the same university. She is currently a member of research unit of Governance Competitiveness and Public Policies (GOVCOPP) and conducts research in the area of service quality with a focus on customer-intensive service processes.
