Biography

I am Ratna Devy Winayanti, a dedicated researcher and lecturer whose academic journey has been shaped by a profound curiosity for Psychology. Born on December 24th 1992, my academic pursuits led me to earn Master from Airlangga University Indonesia, where I explored the intricacies of Industrial and Organizational Psycholgy. Fueled by a passion for discovery, my research endeavors focus on Psychology at work, aiming to address key challenges within the field.

In addition to my research commitments, I serve as a dedicated lecturer at Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, where I find joy in sharing knowledge and inspiring the next generation of scholars. I believe in the transformative power of education and am committed to fostering an environment where students can flourish intellectually.
