Biography

A Senior Lecturer of Business and Public Management at Uganda Management Institute , Head Department of Procurement Logistics and Marketing and Chair/President Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Uganda chapter part of the CIPS Global Professional Community (www.cips.org) Has authored three books on public management, chapters and articles. He is a co founder of the Leverage Mark (management consulting firm), Uganda Marketers Society (UMS) and Climate Hub International and served as board member. He is a visiting lecturer and examiner of universities such as AUCA Rwanda, University of Rwanda ,University of KwaZulu Natal ,North West University South Africa. He is a trainer at CIPS UK and Institute of Supply Management USA. He has led consulting teams on assignments at SADC,Trocaire,United Nations, World Vision International ,Dan Church Aid, Advocats San Frontiers , among others
