Biography

I draw on over 20 years of teaching and leading in different education settings. I started my journey teaching creative arts and textiles before moving into initial teacher education. I have now shifted my attention to supporting teaching in the most difficult of spaces; this is ongoing through my current educational doctorate exploring the experiences of prison educators and in my current role as an educationalist working with the Royal College of Physicians.
I am interested in post qualitative inquiry, post humanism and feminist new materialisms.
