Biography
Balendu Shekher Giri currently works at UPES Dehradun since February 2023, before this at IIT Guwahati, Assam, India as a Post Doctoral Researcher. I have been worked as post doctoral fellow at IIT BHU Varanasi, CSIR IITR Lucknow, University of Hawaii at Manoa USA, Sejong University, Hanyang University South Korea, CSIR NIIST Trivandrum and CSIR NEERI Nagpur. Dr. Balendu does research in Environmental Science, Soil Science, Wastewater Treatment and Waste Management. Their current project is 'Application of Biochar; Bioremediation of synthetic organic compounds including Antibiotics, Pharmaceutical Waste, Agrochemicals waste and textile industries waste and others like bioenergy and biofuel."
