Biography

My major area of research expertise is in mechanical properties (e.g. deformation, fracture, and fatigue) and microstructural analysis of dental structures and restorative biomaterials, including ceramics and composites. I also have experience in the stress analysis of restored teeth using finite element method. In addition, I have a good working knowledge as a dental clinician and I have been working closely with mechanical engineers in an attempt to produce the real solution to clinical problems.
