Biography

I graduated Doctor in Medicine from the University of Medicine Pham Ngoc Thach (UPNT) with a high distinction degree from 2016. After graduation, I was recruited as an associate professor at UPNT and pediatrician at the infectious department in Children's Hospital No.1 Ho Chi Minh city. In 5 years in UPNT and children's hospital No.1, I acquired significant experience in teaching medical education, clinical skills, biostatistics and had an excellent opportunity to attend the faculty development course focused on competency-based medical education, teaching & assessment, clinical simulation, research skills, and leadership development in Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) in the United States on 2018. I also played a role as a researcher in hospital-based study in Children Hospital No.1 and Children Hospital No.2 in ARES-PRD project "Building strategies for prevention and management of Helicobacter Pylori infection in children". In September 2020, I got the ARES scholarship and became a Specialized Master in Public Health Methodology student at UCLouvain, ULB, and Umons. After finishing the master's degree, I applied for a doctorate in health sciences at UCLouvain and officially became a Ph.D student in UCLouvain, Belgium in September 2021.
