Biography

Mohd Zuhair Mohd Nor obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Process & Food), Master of Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia; and PhD in Food Processing Engineering from Victoria University, Australia. He has two years of industrial experience as a mill engineer in one of the largest plantation companies in Malaysia, Sime Darby Plantations Sdn. Bhd. He is now a senior lecturer at the Department of Process and Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UPM.
