Biography

Isabell Camillo holds a Ph.D. in Leadership & Policy, an MBA in Strategic Management, an MA in Applied Linguistics, and a Finance Leadership Program certification from AICPA-CIMA. She received a Bachelor of Arts and a certificate in adult education (ESL/TESL/TESOL-focused). She also holds certificates in international trade, business management, and leadership. Her research centers on the human side of strategy as applicable to complex agile and adaptive social systems (CAASS). Her interdisciplinary research agenda focuses on interpersonal perception, decision-making, and online research methodologies such as netnography and autonetnography. She teaches business communication, human relations, strategic management, and transnational business management courses at the Goodman School of Business.
