Biography

Radha Iyer is currently employed in the School of Early Childhood and Inclusive Education in the Faculty of Education. She teaches in the areas of social and cultural issues in education.

She has postgraduate qualifications in English literature and language (India), PhD in Education (UQ) and has teaching experience in India and Australia.

Her work history includes:
• teaching in secondary schools
•teaching business communication at tertiary level
•TESOL courses and Education courses at the University of Queensland.

Research interests

Her diverse work experience and PhD research has fostered interests in literacy and language learning.
