Yazan migdadi is an associate professor of operations management at Qatar university, he awarded bachelor and master degree in business administration from Yarmouk University/Jordan, and Awarded PhD in operations management from Bradford University/School of management. His main research interests are reporting operations strategy; best practices, taxonomies, typologies, and process.
