Biography
Abraham Woru earned his BA degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies from Adigrat University and his master's in population and development from Mekelle University, Tigray, Ethiopia. He became a lecturer at the Debark University, Amhara Regional State, south Gonder, Ethiopia, Department of Geography and Environmental Studies. Currently, he is a PhD student at Arba Minch University in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, with a specialization in disaster risk management. He has authored over three papers published in international journals. His primary research focus lies in food security, livelihood, DRM, urban issues, population studies, migration, gender, and development studies.
