Biography
Dr. Fadhila Mansour holds a Ph.D. and is an associate professor in Nutrition at Echahid Cheikh Larbi Tebessi University in Algeria. Dr. Mansour earned her Ph.D. in Food Science from the Institute of Nutrition, Food, and Agri-Food Technologies (INATAA) at Frères Mentouri University Constantine, focusing on the nutritional assessment and food intake of cancer patients during anti-cancer treatments. During her doctoral training, she developed skills and knowledge to create and validate new research protocols. Currently, Dr. Mansour’s work centers on dietary supplements, functional foods, and nutraceuticals, as well as advancing sustainable food production to address global health challenges. Dr. Mansour looks forward to further contributing to the field through collaboration and mentorship.
