Biography

Amin Abbasi was born in 1994 and is a Ph.D. candidate for the Food
Safety and Hygiene with significant contribution to science by
publishing valuable articles in the well-known and top journals of
food science and nutrition, and currently is working on probiotics
and postbiotics in the Food Science and Technology Department of
Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences.
