Biography

I am Oğuzhan Hazır, a faculty member at Atatürk University’s Faculty of Education. My academic work primarily focuses on the fields of special education and inclusive education. I specialize in the preparation of special education teachers, the historical development of special education policies, and the advancement of inclusive education practices. My research aims to develop methods and policies that address the needs of diverse learner groups within educational environments.

In addition, I examine the historical evolution of special education policies within both national and international contexts, analyzing their implications for equity and accessibility in education. My work emphasizes the integration of inclusive education approaches into teacher preparation programs to enhance educators' competencies in supporting diverse learners effectively.

Through my research, I strive to bridge the gap between theory and practice, contributing to the development of practical solutions that enhance the implementation of education policies in the field.
