Biography

Toktam Aghaee was born in Mashhad, Iran in 23-July-1988.

She received a B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imam Reza International University, Mashhad, Iran in 2012.
Then she received an M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sadjad University of Technology, Mashhad, Iran, in 2015.
Also, she received a Ph. D. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Semnan University, Semnan, Iran in 2021.

Her research interests are Semiconductor Devices and analog integrated circuit design.

In 2018, she joined the Iran Analog Research Group (IARG) as a private scientific group on Integrated Circuit Research, Evolutionary Algorithms, and Nano Devices.
She is currently working as Editor-in-Chief in this group.
