Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells IBSC Quantum Dots
Portugal

Biography

I was born and raised in the south of Portugal and since early childhood I have been interested in Sciences in General and always found myself assembling and disassebling household mechatronic appliances in order to find out how they worked, so, to satisfy my curiosity, I decided to pursue a carreer in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering, in which I learned a lot about a broad range of fundamental Sciences like physics and chemistry. All of this accumulated knowledge only opened more questions and hunger for enlightnement, so from the start I felt that this was a perfect motivation for a career in research. I graduated in 2019 with a final thesis in Mechanically Stacked Perovskite on Nanocrystalline Silicon Solar Cells, since then I work in the same subject in CENIMAT and CEMOP until now. About me: I am learning to play the guitar/bass, love music and am a hobbyst Maker.
