Biography
Firdissa Jebessa Aga, Associate Prof, PhD in TEFL at Addis Ababa University (AAU), MA in Curriculum & Instruction at AAU; MSc in Educational Evaluation & Assessment at Twente University, Netherlands, BA in Pedagogy from BDC, AAU. He is Researcher and Instructor at Institute of Educational Research Addis Ababa University. HE authored Action Research: Foundational Antecedents and Quality Implications (2010), Higher Education Quality through Action Research (2011), Action Research for Quality English Language Teaching in Ethiopia (2017), and Coauthored Action Research Handbook for HE (2008). He also produced over 20 of research articles in reputable journals. He served at different professional responsibilities, including:
Director General For Higher Education Research and Academic Affairs at Federal Ministry of Education;
