Biography

Dr. Stephen Rapp is a retired Marine Armor Officer, former consulting executive and armored vehicle development program manager. He is a Systems Engineer interested in Optimal Design, a Design for Six Sigma Black Belt and a SMART Scholar from Industrial and Systems Engineering at Wayne State University. He is currently a Research Scientist at the U. S. Army Tank Automotive Research Development Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, MI.
