Work and Organisational Psychologist.

I am currently completing a PhD at Kemmy Business School under the supervision of Prof. Deirdre O'Shea and Prof. Donald Truxillo. My PhD is focused on better understanding perceived work ability.

Research interests include: work ability, the aging workforce, and intervention studies.
