Biography
By training, I am an applied mathematician and have experience in systems biology, machine learning, data science. I always keen to apply my mathematical knowledge in computational biology problems. I developed numerical schemes to solve stiff differential equations ( singularly perturbed boundary value problems). During my post doctoral research, I developed dynamical models of neurite outgrowth and predicted potential drugs for CNS neuron regeneration. My recently research is focused in developing machine learning predictive model of COVID-19 patients, cardiac patients based on their EHR data.
