Biography

Prior to joining Leeds Business School I enjoyed a varied 10 year career in Human Resource Development( HRD) and Human Resource Management (HRM) with a major Telecoms company. At Leeds Business School I have continued building on my interest in development, combining teaching; research and supervision activities at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level in the areas of HRD; Leadership Development; Reflective Practice and Skills Development specifically. I am the module leader for undergraduate modules in HRD and Postgraduate modules in Professional Skills Development as well as supervising Postgraduate students undertaking Masters Dissertations. Current research interests focus on women's development and transcultural approaches to self identity and reflective practice.
