William David Halliday (2014-03-15)
I am a PhD student in Biology at the University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. My PhD thesis is titled: "Is density-dependent habitat selection possible when habitat suitability is a function of thermal quality?". I study habitat selection by flour beetles and snakes to answer this question. I completed my HBSc and MSc in Biology at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, where I studied the habitat selection of lake sturgeon and interspecific competition between meadow voles and red-backed voles.
