Biography

Dr. B K Debnath is an Assistant Professor at the department of Applied Sciences, School of Engineering, Tezpur University, Assam, India. He has more than seven years of teaching and research experience at the university level. He received a PhD degree in the area of operations research from the department of Mathematics, National Institute of Technology Agartala, India. His research areas include mathematical modelling of operations research problems, in particular production and supply chain management-related problems. Fuzzy mathematics and its application in solving complex real-life problems. His work got published in many reputed Q1 journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Applied Energy, Journal of Energy Storage, Renewable Energy Focus, Engineering Applications of Artificial Engineering, Journal of Computational Science, etc. He serves as an expert referee for several SCI journals, including Applied energy, Cleaner waste systems, Energy conversion and management, International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making, Journal of intelligent & fuzzy systems, Journal of Mathematics, etc.
