Biography

Currently the Lead Clinical Scientist, Antimicrobial Resistance & Mechanisms Service within Public Health England's Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare Associated Infections Reference Unit. I have >15 years' experience working on antibiotic resistance and molecular epidemiology of Gram-negative bacteria. My interests lie in the application of novel pheno- and genotypic methods for the rapid detection of antimicrobial resistance and for epidemiological investigations.
