Biography

Dr. Arpit Verma received his M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow, U.P., India in the year of 2018. He received his Ph.D. Degree from Nanomaterials and Sensors Research Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. B. C. Yadav from the same university. Currently he is working as a post-doctoral research associate at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, India. His current area of research interest includes the design and development of electron and hole transport layers for high efficient perovskite solar cells, 2D materials, metallopolymers, nanohybrid materials, etc., along with their applications in energy harvesting, photodetection, and chemical/bio sensors.
