Biography

Paul Iwuanyanwu is a Senior lecturer in Physics Education at Northwest University’s Potchefstroom campus in the School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology Education. Dr Iwuanyanwu conducts research related to pedagogy, argumentation, indigenous knowledge systems and cultural studies, philosophy of science and education, inquiry-based learning, mathematical thinking in physics, problem-based learning, STEM education. He has published over a dozen articles in top-tier journals and conference proceedings. He is a member of various research organizations, including National Association for Research in Science Teaching (NARST), Southern African Association for Research in Mathematics, Science and Technology Education (SAARMSTE), African Association for the Study of Indigenous Knowledge Systems (AASIKS), and International Community of Researchers in Science and Mathematics Education (ICRSME). He presently serves on the editorial board of Interdisciplinary Journal of Environmental and Science Education (IJESE), Journal of Education in Science, Environment and Health (JESEH).
