As an advisor at the Postdoc and Fellows Development Centre (PFDC) at Imperial College London (http://www.imperial.ac.uk/postdoc-fellows-development-centre/), I provide 1:1 support to fixed term contract researchers and advice on career development, job changes, fellowship and lectureship applications and interviews. I also chair and manage mock interviews, provide support on delivering drop-in sessions and preparing learning materials.

I am a tutor and a facilitator at several workshops and was the Communications officer of the RVC Researcher Association (https://bit.ly/2pEQipu). My roles included managing of the social media pages of the RVC RA, representation of postdocs and contract researchers in several Committees and organising events/researcher training, alongside with the HR staff department manager.

During my career, I have managed my own research projects, mentored and trained young researchers and managed research technicians. I have a great set of organisational skills from my various roles and active participation in several committees in Higher Education institutions.
