Biography
Dr. Vivekanand Kisan Chatap, has a doctorate in the Faculty of Pharmacy from KBCNMU, Jalgaon and is currently affiliate as a Associate Professor in Department of Pharmaceutics and Head, Training and Placement Cell at H. R. Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Shirpur, Dhule, Maharashtra. He has been actively involved in teaching and research for the past 18 years. He has successfully completed his tenure as President, Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Madhya Pradesh, State Branch in 2013-2016. His cumulative impact factor is 18 and authored 4 chapters and 3 books. He has filed 9 and published 6 Patents and grant 1 patent. He has received funds of Rs. 71.92 Lakhs as Principal Investigator from DST, AICTE, University etc. He has recently received the Research Excellence Award: Funding-2020 from KBCNMU, Jalgaon. He has received ‘Best Innovation Award -2017’ National level competition Level-II & Level-III at Jalgaon & Pune, organized by GHR Labs & Research Centre, Raisoni group of institution, He has received award and prizes many more like 1st Runner-up prize of in Entrepreneurial Idea Competition and Young Scientist Award, Young Researcher Award, Best Teacher Award for 2009-2010. He was received 1st prize in Teacher Category (Medicine & Pharmacy) at Avishkar Research Competition-2014, 2015 and 2016” at KBCNMU, Jalgaon He has completed “Industrial Training at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd at Halol, Baroda, Gujrat under the scheme of Capacity Building of Industrial Training from Pharmacy Council of India”
