Biography

Xing-Chen Shangguan (M'19) received the B.S. degree in automation and the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China, in 2016 and 2021, respectively.

He was a joint Ph.D. student with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K., from 2018 to 2020. His current research interests include power systems and network control systems. Dr. Shangguan is a Member of the IEEE and a member of the Chinese Association of Automation.
