Biography

D. Kannadassan was born on July 24, 1983. He received the Masters in Communication Engineering from the
Anna University, TN, India, in 2006. His research interest is on semiconductor devices. He has demostrated low cost Anodic MIM capacitor for Nanoelectronic circuits and received various awards. His research works are majorly conducted at the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay (IITB), in collaboration with Dr. Maryam S Baghini of IITB. He is currently the faculty at School of Electronic Engineering, VIT University. He received best researcher award from VIT Universtiy for his contribution to Nanodielectrics.
