Biography
He Wen was born in Hunan, China, in 1982. He received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Hunan University, Hunan, China, in 2004, 2007, and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Electrical and Information Engineering, Hunan University, Hunan, China. His present research interests include power system harmonic measurement and analysis, power quality, and digital signal processing.
