Head of the National Clinical Key Urology Construction Project of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, Chairman of the Golden Bridge International Urology Surgery Alliance, Deputy Director of China Urolithiasis Alliance, Standing Committee Member of China Bladder Cancer Alliance, Chairman of the Urology Professional Committee of Yunnan Province Hospital Association, Yunnan Province Chairman of the Provincial Committee for the Prevention and Treatment of Urinary Tract Stones, and former chairman of the Yunnan Province Urology Branch.
Won the first prize of provincial scientific and technological progress 3 times, won the Diamond Award of the Chinese Urology Branch and the 2021 Special Contribution Award of the International Urolith Alliance, and created the "Golden Bridge" International Urology Conference and Alliance for South Asia and Southeast Asia. Long-term training of urologists in South and Southeast Asian countries.
