Biography

Master's student in Legal Sciences at the Graduate Program in State Theory and Constitutional Law da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO). Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP / RJ). CNPq scientific initiation scholarship researcher (2018/2019 and 2019/2020) in the research group Law, Justice and Human Rights of the Center for Legal Sciences of UCP / RJ, linked to the Human Rights Center of UCP / RJ. Associated with ANDHEP (National Association of Human Rights, Research and Graduate); Develop research in the area of ​​Theory and Philosophy of Law. He is currently investigating topics on human rights (especially migrations) and innovation, history (rights on aspects of human rights insertion) and constitutional law and political politics.
