Biography
I currently serve as Associate Director of Library Public Services and Scholarly Communications Librarian. I hold the rank of full Professor with tenure.
The majority of my past research focus has been on evaluating and improving the usability of and user experience with various library technologies, ranging from virtual reference to ebooks to discovery services. My emerging research interests relate to user experience with open educational resources and scholarly communication tools.
