Biography
Luis Eduardo Bastías, born in Viña del Mar, Chile, is a Civil Computer Engineer with a Master's degree in Governance of Risks and Resources from Heidelberg University, Germany. He has also pursued studies in Physics at the Technical University Federico Santa María (UTFSM).
Bastías has an extensive teaching career, having served as a professor at several Chilean universities, including the University of Viña del Mar, Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, University of Valparaíso, University of the Americas, Central University, University of Chile, and UTFSM. His academic contributions encompass various roles, from assistant to professor, and administrative positions.
