Biography
Chuan He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in military operations research from Air Defense Force Command Academic, Zhengzhou, China, in 2007 and 2010, respectively. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the College of Information System and Management at National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China. His research interests include parallel and distributed computing, real-time systems and scheduling design.
