Biography

I am a senior lecturer in theatre and performance at Rose Bruford College. My roles are MFA programme director and module coordinator fo the MA Languages of Practice module. My primary research interests are contemporary political theatre, digital arts practice, immersive performance and audience participation.

Other areas of teaching I specialise in are live art, site-specific, postdramatic, and documentary theatre. My pedagogy takes a great deal of inspiration from artists working in the context of live art who treat performance as a research engine to engage with questions of artistic and professional identity, concepts of authorship and radically engaged politics.
