Biography

Moncef Balghouthi: Doctor Engineer in Electro-mechanic Energetic and Applied Physics, graduated at the University El-Manar Tunis and the National Institute of Engineers Sfax Tunisia ENIS. He has more than 15 years of experience in the solar energy conversion field. He participated in several national and international projects and published several articles in specialized reviews : Solar Enery; Applied Energy; Energy and Building; Building and Environment; Dessalination; Energy Conversion and Management;… . He joined the Thermal Process Laboratory of CRTEn in 1999 and he is the responsible of the solar cooling and the Concentrated Solar Power CSP activities.
