Biography

Qinghua Wang, PhD. Now a professor in Beihang University, China. As a researcher and a senior researcher in National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Japan from 2013 to 2022. As a JSPS postdoctoral fellow in National Institute for Materials Science in Japan from 2011 to 2013. Graduated from School of Aerospace, Tsinghua University with a PhD degree in 2011. The research interests include micro/nano-scale optical techniques for deformation measurement and applications, feature recognition techniques of periodic structures and applications, and mechanical behaviors of films, metals and composites. Several research results have been published in Nanoscale, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Optics and Lasers in Engineering, Nanotechnology, Experimental Mechanics, Soft Matters, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, IEEE Electron Device Letters, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, Journal of Applied Physics, Applied Optics, Medical Engineering & Physics, Microelectronics Reliability, etc.
