Biography
A highly experienced HE senior lecturer at under graduate level and post graduate specialising in Sports Business, Sports Law and Governance. Currently undertaking a P/T PhD by Publication at Sheffield University focussing on key issues related to the business sustainability of professional rugby union and the English Premiership Rugby League.
For the past 22 years, Andy has also worked as a global education consultant in the HE sector and in particular, has made a significant contribution to the development of online and blended learning curricula, world-wide using innovative EdTech and Digital applications.
Together with a range of esteemed academic associates, he has pedagogically designed and written over 600+ published online learning modules at under-graduate and post-graduate levels (including a Financial Times Top 10 rated MBA), which are used by 1,000s of learners in over 150 countries on behalf of world-leading/award winning providers and Russell Group Universities.
As a global Education Consultant, Andy is also involved in Knowledge Transfer projects with Universities and Academics in Europe and Central Asia as a quality auditor, and e-learning expert for Erasmus+ funded projects..
