Biography

Avneesh Kumar was born in Uttar Pradesh (northern state), India. He obtained his PhD in Chemistry from Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, Mainz, Germany under the guidance of Prof. Klaus Muellen. He is currently working as a Research Professor at the Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea . Also, he is affiliated with the Muroran Institute of Technology, Muroran, Hokkaido, Japan and JNCASR, Bangalore, India. His area of research mainly includes 1D and 2D functional nano-materials (polymer/non polymers) for energy and biological applications.
