Biography

Jonathan Dayan, PhD. Research fellow at the University of Bologna, within the Department of Agro-Food Sciences and Technologies, under the mentorship of Prof. Federico Sirri. My research focuses on innovative management strategies to support embryonic development and improve post-hatch broiler performance, aiming toward better sustainability in protein production from poultry.
