Biography

Ph.D. in Sciences (2015), specializing in Nursing Service Management (2004), and holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (2000) from the Paulista School of Nursing at the Federal University of São Paulo (EPE-UNIFESP). Visiting Professor in the Department of Health Psychology at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, Spain, an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Service Administration and Nursing at EPE-UNIFESP, and Permanent Professor in the Graduate Nursing Program at EPE-UNIFESP. Served as the Coordinator of Student Health Care at the Student Affairs and Affirmative Policies Prorectorate of UNIFESP from 2020 to 2023. Member of the Research Group in Health Service Administration and Nursing Management (GEPAG) at EPE-UNIFESP, the Study Group on Nursing Workers' Health (GESTE) at EEUSP, and the Research Laboratory on the History of Nursing and Health Knowledge (GEHCES) at UFSC.
